Paid version
Do I pay for additional users?
No. You pay for each Map in your project, additional users are free. You can add collaborators directly in the Tool.
Do you give discounts?
If you think you need a discount, contact us.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. See question regarding refund requests and data retention for additional information.
What are the payment options?
Right now we only accept bank transfers.
Can I have multiple projects for one Map?
By creating an account you create one project with assigned Marketing Maps (SEO, PPC). For paid plans, these Maps are in full version – you can see all the tasks. If you create another project and do not already have a project with the full version purchased, Maps will displayed in the Basic version. There is no limit to the number of projects with Maps in Basic Edition.
If I purchase a paid version of a Marketing Map, do I have to purchase other topics to view them as well?
If you have a plan with full versions of all Maps, you don’t need to purchase each Map individually.
Can I request the deletion of all data?
Yes, you can request to delete all data within our system.
Basic version
Is there a trial version of the tool?
Yes. A free, basic version of the tool is available. It has full functionality, all Maps available, but is limited to basic marketing tasks only.
Will I ever need to pay for the free basic version?
No, only if you choose to purchase a paid plan. No credit card or billing information is required to create an account.
Will I loose data if I switch from Basic to Full version?
No. All data is stored for work with the Full version.
Features, security, warranties and other
How long is the account active?
With the paid version we guarantee availability during the period you pay for the subscription. If you stop paying for your account, it will be switched to the Basic version – your work is saved, but you do not see the full names and details of tasks within the Full version. The account is available in the Basic version for an additional month. After 1 month the account is archived.
How is the data secured?
Data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Personal data on the server is encrypted.
Is there a mobile version or a mobile app?
No, there is no app available and we don’t plan on building it at the moment. We are working on making the tool usable on mobile devices.
